Welcome to Bus Transportation
Bus Registration for the 2026-2027 school year is now open. Please read the directions carefully as to how to register for your student because the registration process is different from previous years.
The parent/guardian of current students, who are those that attend Uxbridge Public Schools this school year, are required to complete the bus registration form in the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
New incoming students for the 2026-2027 school year will register for transportation via a Google Form.
Completing a bus registration form does not guarantee a seat on the bus. Assignments will be based on distance from the school following DESE guidelines and also the registration date. When the buses reach capacity, your child may be placed on a list for a seat to become available.
Parents/Guardians need to register every year for bus transportation.

Bus Registration for the 2026-2027 school year is now open!
Current students (those who attend Uxbridge Public Schools this school year): Parents/Guardians must register for transportation on their PowerSchool Parent Portal. Log into your PowerSchool Parent account (via the Uxbridge PowerSchool Login Link or the app) and click on Forms. Users will find the form titled “Preschool - Grade 12 Bus Registration Form 2026-2027 School Year for Current Public School Students ONLY”. A form must be completed for each rider. You must go to each of your student's profile on the portal in order to register that selected student for transportation.

New, Incoming Students (those that do NOT attend any Uxbridge Public School this school year): Parents/Guardians must register new students for transportation by completing this form: Bus Registration Form- New Students ONLY.
Important: Completing the Bus Registration Google Form does not guarantee that a student is registered with the school. Parents/Guardians must also complete the required enrollment process.

The School Committee voted no transportation fees for the 2026-2027 school year.
- All students who will be taking the bus must still register for a bus pass in order to ride the bus.
- Bus registrations must be submitted by June 26, 2026 to set up bus routes for next year. You can still register for a bus after the deadline.
As the buses reach capacity, you will be put on a wait list until a seat becomes available. - If your child receives transportation through your child's IEP you will still need to register and receive a bus pass.
- Anyone residing over 1 mile is eligible to ride the bus. Residing under 1 mile the student will be a walker except for the High School, in which all students who register for bus transportation may ride the bus if there is availability. If there is no availability, your child will be put on a waiting list until a seat becomes available.
- The bus company's software program is used to calculate the mileage determination.
- Bus passes will be given out at the schools. Distribution will be determined at a later date.
- Bus routes will be posted on the website at the end of August.
- There will be no bus changes accepted after August 14th until after the start of school. There will be a 2 work day notice for all bus changes.

Please arrive at the bus stop at least 10 minutes prior to the designated pick up time and allow a 5-10 minute window for the bus to arrive to pick up your child.
